Qikink's return policy applies to products with manufacturing defects, which qualify for a refund or replacement if you provide proof. The company does not offer exchanges; customers must place new orders instead. Returns are processed via the "Create Reverse" option in the Qikink panel. If your product is damaged, defective, or misprinted, you should request a return or replacement within 7 days. To support your return claim, you need to provide an unboxing video and photos of the issue and share your order details with the support team at care@qikink.com.
