1. Store Overview & Operations

Layer It is an independent, one-person operated brand dedicated to providing unique and affordable apparel.

To bring these designs to life, we partner with a third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment service, Qikink. This means that when you place an order on our website, the actual manufacturing, printing, packaging, and shipping of the physical product are handled directly by Qikink.

2. Purchases, Shipping, and Fulfillment

Because our products are manufactured and shipped by Qikink, the following conditions apply to all orders:

• Order Processing: Once an order is placed and payment is verified, it is automatically sent to Qikink for production and fulfillment.

• Shipping Timelines: Shipping times vary based on your location and Qikink’s processing times. We do not physically hold inventory, so we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

• Third-Party Policies: By purchasing from Layer It, you also acknowledge and agree to Qikink’s standard Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Issues

We want you to be happy with your Layer It gear. However, because we use a third-party manufacturer, our return and issue-resolution process is handled directly through them.

• Defects and Errors: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, or if there is an issue with your shipment (such as a lost package), please contact Qikink’s customer care directly at care@qikink.com.

• Buyer's Remorse/Size Exchanges: Because items are printed specifically for your order, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size selections. Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing.

• Reporting Timeframe: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to Qikink within [Insert Number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of receiving the product.

4. Intellectual Property

The Layer It brand, including our logo, website design, graphics, and clothing designs, are the intellectual property of Layer It. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website without express written permission from us.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

• Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt our website.

Layer It and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

Furthermore, Layer It is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during the manufacturing, printing, or shipping processes, as these are managed entirely by our third-party partner, Qikink.
